Prenatal & Postpartum

Prenatal or pregnancy massage is for women carrying and experiencing a changing body, aches, and tiredness. We aim to keep the body relaxed and prepared for the miracle of birth. We alleviate pain and muscle fatigue where you need it most. This session is tailored to address the changes that occur in a woman’s body during pregnancy and provide an overall sense of balance and calm to the expectant mother. (Check with your doctor to see if there are any contraindications specific to you.)
Postpartum can be any time in the first year after having given birth. The massage addresses aches, pains, and discomforts as the result of labor and new ways a mother has adapted to parenting.
